At least 67 people have been killed and dozens more remain missing after two incidents of cloudburst unleashed torrential rain in Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, moderate to heavy rains lashed wide parts of Kashmir prompting authorities to set up emergency control rooms in vulnerable parts of the valley, officials said.
