Kashmir continued to remain shut for the third consecutive day on Wednesday against the killing of 17 people including 13 militants and 4 civilians in separate encounters in south Kashmir.   • Moroccan craftsman Abdelmalek Hammouda, 59, residing in Libya migrated with his art of making shoes from natural leather, which is considered as one of the ancient Moroccan heritage. Hammouda settled in Libya in 1992 and moved with his family to start a new life in the profession of making sundaes which he inherited from his father in 1977.
