On the morning of 17th June, climate activists from the Last Generation (PL: Ostatnie Pokolenie) group block roads around Warsaw. One of four groups working concurrently, these activists blocked roads in the city centre and on bridges across the Vistula River. At midday, all four groups come together for one final blockade. Unlike other protests where the activists have glued themselves to the roads, today, the activists block the road only for 1 or 2 cycles of the pedestrian traffic crossing lights.
