Demonstrators glued themselves to the roadway using industrial-strength adhesives temporarily halting vehicle flow and drawing police intervention. The protest aimed to raise awareness of regional transportation issues. Isolated incidents of tension were reported during the event including verbal altercations and a civilian using pepper spray. The group has stated it will continue the campaign throughout May.
