Millions of people worldwide celebrate the annual Holi Hangámá Festival, also known as the Festival of Colours, which means celebrating the arrival of Spring. In The Hague, where the largest Indian population in Europe can be found, a big celebration occurred in the multicultural Transvaal neighborhood, where participants threw brightly colored powder on themselves and at each other.
