Activists gathered at the Green Park, London to mark the National Animal Rights Day (NARD) then marched to the Buckingham Palace. It is an annual global event observed on the first Sunday in June to give a voice to animals and demand their rights. Established by The National Animal Rights Day organization, the event combines a memorial for animals that die by human hands with a celebration of progress toward a cruelty-free, vegan world.
