Estonian President Alar Karis arrived in Lithuania on April 15 for a two-day state visit — the first engagement of this level between the countries in over ten years. In Vilnius, he met with Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda, after which the two leaders signed a joint declaration and addressed the media at a press conference.
