MOTL in an educational event and takes place on Holocaust Memorial Day observed in the Jewish calendar (Yom HaShoah), thousands of participants march silently from Auschwitz to Birkenau - an extermination camp. It traditionally gathered Holocaust survivors, but today other antisemitism attack survivors  attend the march.
