Following the 2026 municipal elections in Marseille, the Rassemblement National (RN), represented by Olivier Rioult, spokesperson for Franck Allisio and now mayor of the 11th and 12th arrondissements of the Phocaean city, filed an appeal with the administrative court of Marseille to contest the victory of Benoît Payan.
