Thousands joined a march and rally in London to protest against the rise of far-right politics and the divisions it is believed to create in society. The event was organised by the Together Alliance, a coalition made up of trade unions, environmental groups, community activists, faith leaders, musicians, entertainers, and elected representatives. The march began at midday on Park Lane, continued along Piccadilly past Trafalgar Square, and concluded on Whitehall.
