Moscow Sabre International Fencing Competition in memory of two-time Olympic champion Mikhail Burtsev in 2026 brings together over 200 athletes from Russia, Belarus, and Azerbaijan. Olga Nikitina (Olympic, world, and European champion) won the women’s individual competition and Pavel Graudyn (bronze medalist at 2025 European Championships) won the men’s one.
In the women’s team competition the gold medal was won by the 13th-ranked Russian team with Malena Kunasheva, Anfisa Gromova, Anastasia Bazhenova, and Svetlana Sheveleva. Men's Team won 2nd-ranked Russian team (Kamil Ibragimov, Dmitriy Danilenko, Oleg Petrovsky, and Vasily Shirshov).
