Campaigners gathered in Parliament Square on Mother's Day to call for an end to pregnant women giving birth in prison. The demonstration, held in-front of the Palace of Westminster, was organised as part of the No Births Behind Bars campaign led by Level Up. Supporters gathered with banners and signs urging the UK government to end the imprisonment of pregnant women and expand community alternatives to custody. The protest aimed to raise awareness and call for policy change to prevent babies being born behind bars.
