On the morning of 12th February, far-right Polish politician Robert Bakiewicz holds a small demonstration outside the offices of the Prosecutor General of Poland in response to three criminal charges. During the demonstration, Bakiewicz accused Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, of inciting violence against the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump. After the demonstration, Bakiewicz entered the Prosecutor's office to formally make the allegations. In February 2026, the Presecutor's office presented Bakiewicz with 3 charges related to his statements from October 2025, i.e. public calls for the deprivation of Donald Tusk's life, public humiliation of the constitutional body of the Republic of Poland (the prime minister) and inciting hatred against the background of national, ethnic and racial differences. Bakiewicz pleaded not guilty.
