In the Dutch city of Utrecht, people marched with their adopted Spanish Greyhounds and Podencos to support organizations fighting in Spain against ongoing greyhound suffering. The Spanish organization 'No A La Caza' (NAC) organized several demonstrations across Europe. Every year, after the hunting season, about 50,000 Galgos and Podencos are abandoned, animal rights organizations in Spain say.
