A specialized mobile assistance point, the "Solidarity Point" has begun operating to support residents who have been without electricity, heating, and water for weeks following massive strikes on infrastructure. The mobile complex consists of several units one where citizens can warm up, obtain hot water, charge their devices, and another equipped with washing machines and dryers to address basic hygiene needs. This initiative aims to restore essential living conditions during the severe energy crisis by adapting technical solutions previously developed for frontline support to meet civilian needs. Given the high demand for these services, the project is set to scale up and deploy mobile stations to other districts of the capital where the utility situation remains most critical.
