Paris, France, January 17, 2026. Thousands of people gathered and marched in Paris, starting near the Pantheon and heading toward Place d’Italie, to protest the Iranian regime’s violent crackdown on protesters. The demonstration brought together members of the Iranian diaspora, French citizens, and political groups calling for solidarity with protests in Iran, rejecting all forms of dictatorship, and demanding regime change toward a democratic republic in Iran. Organizers said about 5,000 people took part.
