Around 200 to 300 Reza Pahlavi supporters gathered on the Malieveld in The Hague, in temperature that felt like (-8) degrees. They gathered to show their support for the exiled son of Iran's last shah (king). Now at 65 and living in a quite suburb of Washington D.C. and once again seeking a roll in his country’s future and his calling for the people to take to the streets. Since the 28 December anti-government protests have been taking place in numerous Iranian cities. Two human rights groups reporting at least 50 protesters have been killed, including seven children and 21 security personnel and more than 2,311 individuals arrested. Iranians have many grievances against their government, from political freedom, corruption, the state of the economy and crippling prices rises, mostly brought on by heavy U.S. sanctions.
