Demonstrators gathered outside the Iranian embassy in Berlin on Saturday to protest the Iranian authorities’ violent crackdown on nationwide protests and to express solidarity with demonstrators in Iran calling for freedom, human rights, and democracy. The protest was organized by the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) and called on Germany and the European Union to condemn the use of force against protesters and to support accountability for Iranian officials.
