In the Vondelpark, the dense fog almost blanketed the trees and the people enjoying outdoor activities. The Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) issued a Code Yellow warning. The fog could cause traffic disruptions, with some areas reporting visibility as low as 100 meters.
