About 100 Belarusians and former political prisoners arrived at night from Ukraine. They were released on 13 December 2025 under Belarusian–US agreements and were forcibly taken to Ukraine. After several days in Ukraine, about 80 people will remain. Around 20 others will travel to Lithuania. At least two more people, opposition leaders will go to Germany at the invitation of the Foreign Ministry.
