Following the Bondi Beach shooting, Hanukkah celebrations are proceeding this evening in Melbourne. Flags were lowered to half-mast across parts of Victoria as a mark of mourning for the victims. Community members gathered at public and religious sites, including Jewish institutions, to lay flowers and observe moments of reflection.
