Beginning December 12th, the Auschwitz Museum will host an exhibition titled "Auschwitz the Experiences of the Camp Prisoners" the first of three parts of the new main exhibition at the Auschwitz Museum in blocks 8 and 9. The exhibition presents the fates and experiences of prisoners registered at the German Nazi concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz during World War II. It revolves around three themes registration, everyday camp life, and the experiences of prisoners. These are illustrated with original objects, quotes from survivors and artwork.
The remaining two parts of the main exhibition will be completed by 2030.
