Monday morning at approximately 1:08 AM at West 49th Street and 7th Avenue a man was stabbed to death in the back and thigh, the man was transported to Bellevue Hospital where he was pronounced dead. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing. A knife was recovered at the scene. Police tape could be seen in the area as well as a large law enforcement response.
