University student Rojin Kabais, whose body was found on the shores of Lake Van after she disappeared a year ago in city of Van in Turkey, was commemorated at an event held in Diyarbakir with the participation of her family, friends and many women. Rojin Kabais' family and women's rights organizations are organizing protests across Turkey to shed light on the murder and find the killers.
