The social project of the Ukrainian President and the Ministry of Youth and Sports “Active parks locations of a healthy Ukraine” is the creation of a navigation map for cat-free recreation to take place in parks and squares. The main method is to train people through systematic training sessions aimed at developing the basic muscles of the body, core strength, strength, agility, coordination, flexibility and fluidity.
