Following a massive shelling attack on Kyiv by Russia on Sunday night, using UAVs and missiles, four fatalities have been confirmed, including a 12-year-old child, along with 13 injured persons. Rescue operations at the strike sites, which affected 32 locations—including residential buildings, civilian infrastructure, and the Representation of the European Union in Ukraine—have now concluded. The attack also targeted energy facilities, confirming the "traditional Russian tactic" of attempting to cause a nationwide blackout in Ukraine.
