Super Typhoon Ragasa, counted as one of the most powerful tropical cyclone of 2025, has hit Hong Kong on Wednesday, achieving up to 220km/h wind speed and gusts of up to 295km/h, lashing Philipines on Monday and leaving behind widespread devastation.
