30 Killed In India's Jammu Kashmir Floods
Torrential rains swelled Kashmir’s Jhelum River past the danger mark on Wednesday, prompting officials to declare a flood, as landslides and fierce floods unleashed in the neighboring Jammu region killed more than 30 people, swept away homes, roads and bridges, and cut off telecommunications across large parts of the Himalayan territory.
