The Bird Watching Route at Doi Pui, part of Doi Suthep-Pui National Park in Chiang Mai, is a scenic trail ideal for birding enthusiasts and nature lovers. Starting from Baan Doi Pui Mhong village, this moderately challenging 7.9-mile (12.7 km) loop winds through lush evergreen and deciduous forests with an elevation gain of about 2,565 ft. The trail offers stunning views of Chiang Mai and a serene escape into nature. Best visited from July to February to avoid the smoky season (March-May).
