Thailand's iconic Wat Arun, or Temple of Dawn, has been added to UNESCO’s Tentative List of World Heritage Sites. Overlooking the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, the central pagoda is celebrated for its cultural, historical, and architectural significance. The Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts Department will now begin the formal nomination process to secure full UNESCO recognition.
