'Moon Landing Installation in Canterbury, UK' by Krisztian Elek / SOPA Images
The 'Moon Landing' installation is hosted by the Canterbury Cathedral in Canterbury, UK. The 16-metre long hand-woven textile artwork was made by Margo Selby and a music piece scored for strings by Helen Caddick. The artwork was inspired by those Navajo women who used their weaving skills to create integrated circuits and memory cores which resulted the moon landing in 1969.
