Successful candidates after taking the oath will join the 11th Lesser Poland Territorial Defense Brigade. Territorial Defence army is an organization that trains civilians who voluntarily wish to acquire military and defence skills. Volunteers from various parts of Lesser Poland who have not had any contact with military service before acquire the basics of military craft. They learned among other skills, the construction and operation of military equipment, the basics of shooting, tactics, topography, rules of conduct on the battlefield and survival and providing first aid on the battlefield.
