In order to keep their traditional dresses alive, the 3rd Traditional Kurdish Dresses Festival was held in Zakho city of the Federal Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Various traditional dresses worn by Kurds living in Iraq, Turkey, Syria and Iran were introduced at the stands opened at the festival held in the city of Zakho on the Turkish-Iraqi border on April 29-30. Famous Kurdish artists and music groups also performed at the festival.
