Demonstrators in Manhattan, New York City protested against Tesla’s CEO, Elon Musk, for his involvement in the Trump administration. Protesters criticized Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency, DOGE, for firing federal employees. Since Musk joined the Trump administration two months ago, Tesla's stocks have dropped. Tesla vehicles, showrooms and charging stations have also become targets of vandalism and arson.
