Miss Tiffany is a beauty pageant for Thai transgender women in Pattaya, Thailand taking place annually since 1998 by Tiffany's Show Pattaya Co.,Ltd. Miss Tiffany Pageant also known as the first and the biggest pageant for transgender women in Thailand which is open to all transgender women who may or may not have gone through sex reassignment surgery, or who simply crossdress and/or live their lives as females.
