San Diego experienced a strong rainstorm leading to significant flooding across the city. In La Jolla area, atleast four cars are submerged with water levels nearly covering them entirely. Simultaneously, multiple car accidents occurred during the storm prompting responses from the San Diego Police Department. Authorities have shut down flooded roads to ensure public safety while the National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for parts of San Diego.
