Visitors are now allowed inside the Lakhta Center skyscraper, owned by Gazprom. During the tours, guests are shown observation decks on the 83rd and 86th floors. The Lakhta Center tower, standing at 462 meters, is the tallest building in Russia. On clear days, the upper floors offer stunning views of St. Petersburg.
