Two years have passed since the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaras on February 6, 2023. At least 53,725 people lost their lives in the disaster and 107,213 were injured. Thousands of citizens migrated to other cities. In Hatay, one of the most affected cities many ruins are still waiting to be cleared while construction work continues. On the other hand thousands of people are commemorating those who lost their lives.
