While addressing the nation the president of Kenya announced canceling the recently signed 30-year deal with India's Adani Group, including ongoing plans for Adani's takeover of the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). This came after the indictment of its founder in the United States on bribery and fraud charges.
