According to the notice from University of California San Diego, a person reportedly died after jumping from the top floor of the library, an act believed to be linked to the results of the presidential election, in which Kamala Harris lost to Donald Trump. UC San Diego tells media that the person who died at the library was not enrolled as a student. At the scene, police are conducting an investigation, and university administrators are present to assist with the situation.
