Ahead of the final round of negotiations for a global plastics treaty in Busan, South Korea, scheduled for November 2024, Kenya has joined a group of 57 countries known as the High Ambition Coalition to End Plastic Pollution committed to creating a legally binding global treaty by the end of the year.
