HTMS Chang (LPD-792) is a large amphibious transport dock (LPD) and the largest ship in the Royal Thai Navy. It is under the command of the Amphibious Warfare and Logistics Command. This ship is the third to be named HTMS Chang and carries the call sign HSXZ. The Royal Thai Navy and Chinese authorities signed a contract for the construction of HTMS Chang on September 9, 2019, marking China’s first production and export of a large amphibious transport dock (LPD). The ship was commissioned on April 25, 2023.
