Early in the morning of 11th August, Poland's armed forces, and those of allies stationed in the country, take part in a rehearsal in preparation for a parade on National Armed Forces day on the 15th August. Soldiers mustered as the sun rose over the Vistula River and march past grandstands prepared for dignitaries. The soldiers were followed by mechanised divisions traveling in tanks and a variety of armoured vehicles. Afterwards, Poland's deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, addresses a post-rehearsal press conference.
