Home to hundreds of Pipers and Drummers, Hong Kong has an extensive history of Scottish music, connected to the armed forces as well as commemorative events. The fund is intended to support HK's growing community of Scottish music enthusiasts, including a local team led by Chris Lee that will travel to Glasgow this summer to represent HK for the first time at the World Pipe Band Championships.
