Members of Russian anti-war group in South Korea held a rally near the Russian Embassy in Korea at Seoul to commemorate the victims of the Moscow terror attacks and condemn Russian President Putin.
Unidentified assailants stormed into a concert at the Krokus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow, on March 22 and opened fire on the crowd, killing at least 133 people and setting the concert hall on fire. Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack.
