According to official information, a group of 5 ISIS militants carried out the execution of civilians who had gathered for a concert of the rock group "Picnic". The number of dead and injured from the shooting and subsequent fire exceeded hundreds of people. On March 24, the Russian government declared mourning. In memory of the victims of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Voronezh, entertainment events have been cancelled. Flags at government buildings are at half-staff. Mourning candles are placed on city billboards. People carry flowers and children's toys to spontaneous memorial sites.
