In mid-March, elections were held in Russia. According to official data, Vladimir Putin, who has been in the government for 25 years, will continue to remain the country’s president. This did not in any way affect the life of the city of Voronezh with a million people 200 km from the front of the Ukrainian war. People continue to go to shopping centers, commute to work, and complain about bad roads and poor public services. The problem of street cleanliness and roads is especially acute in the region in early spring.
