The "Baan Dam Museum", also known as the "Black House" and often referred to as the "Black Temple" is not really a temple but more like an art museum and studio featuring various artists artworks. The "Black House" is also the world’s largest collection of animal remains made into furniture. It was designed by famous Thai artist Thawan Duchanee mixing traditional northern Thai buildings with unconventional and contemporary architecture.
