On Friday 25th May, students protesting the University of Warsaw's continuing relationship with academic institutions, research centers and other companies in Israel began a protest encampment on campus. The students demand the university is transparent with the entities that it cooperates with, and that it cuts off cooperation with any institutions or organisations associated with the occupation of Palestine and the ongoing genocide. On Tuesday 29th May, members of the student encampment were invited to meet the Rector of the University and negotiations began as a small protest continued outside.
