Intended for lovers of press cartoons, the fanzine "L'Encatané" was born from the will of two cartoonists (Christophe Charmag and Julien Viot alias Ïoo), a graphic designer (Peggy Despres) and a satirical press collector ( Cyril Bosc) to do something together related to press cartoons. The launch took place in the Salle de l'Harmonie de l'Estaque, with many press cartoonists, guests and lovers of press cartoons.
